Tingen has been building homes since 1980. Naturally, there are few places in the Triangle that don’t have our fingerprints on them. But as a custom builder, we often build more homes in certain communities and neighborhoods, especially as new housing is built in the ever-growing Triangle.

Two of those neighborhoods are Cedar Ridge and Tarborough Ridge, and we’d love to show you what we’ve done!

Cedar Ridge

Sitting just North of Raleigh – around 30 minutes – is Youngsville, one of the Triangle’s smaller outlying suburbs. With its charming historic downtown and venerable local businesses, Youngsville is ideal for anyone seeking a country living experience with easy access to urban conveniences.

Cedar Ridge is a new community of custom-built homes starting in the $300s, ideal for new families or smaller households. Affordability, however, does not mean compromise: all homes feature two car garages and luxurious details like stone siding. The community also offers accessible home options for elderly or disabled residents.

Tarborough Ridge

Also located in Youngsville, Tarborough Ridge offers homeowners forested and meadow views on 21 large homesites up to 7 acres. With prices starting in the $400s and sitting a bit further out from downtown, Tarborough Ridge offers a more secluded and quiet lifestyle to its residents. Six of these homesites even come with a beautiful lake view!
