Tingen Construction President Dan Tingen, serving as this year’s President of the Franklin County Home Builders Association (FCHBA), was delighted last night to preside over the grand opening of the first-ever FCHBA permanent home, located at 16 South Main Street in the heart of downtown Franklinton. Formerly the site of Cook’s Funeral Home and Woodlief’s Hardware, the new FCHBA office consists of 2,400 square feet of office space and 2,600 square feet of venue space.

“The home building industry represents approximately 30% of Franklin County economic activity,” says Sara Kusan, FCHBA Executive Officer. “We expect to see this figure grow, as the FCHBA has experienced a 350% increase in membership over the past five years. The future of both Franklin County and our association is exciting.” Cheers, FCHBA!
